After 17 years with the Internal Revenue Service, I decided to become self-employed and began a career with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. My life insurance practice expanded to include disability income solutions, retirement solutions, and eventually general estate analysis.

After earning my professional designations, I served as board member and eventually President of the local chapter of the American Society of CLU & ChFC.
